Health & Safety Guidance (Last Updated: October 2022):
At Tower Tours, your health is our top priority, and we have added guidance to keep all guests and our staff safe before, during and after your tour experience. These practices seek to reduce the risk associated with COVID19.
- Face Coverings – Guests are required to wear face coverings / masks while on board the enclosed buses. If you do not have a face covering with you, Tower Tours will provide you with a disposable mask while on tour.
- Wellness Checks – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to reschedule your tour.
- Stringent Cleaning – We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas before, during and after each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.
Tower Tours reserves the right to change itinerary or cancel tour due to weather, insufficient passenger reservations, or conditions beyond our control. If a tour is cancelled, we will give you the opportunity to reschedule for the next available departure, or join an equivalent sightseeing tour experience with another licensed tour operator.
Cancellation Policy: 24 Hour Notice required for all bus tours; 14 Day Notice required for all Alcatraz Packages.
Tower Tours is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings. Please be sure to collect all of your personal belonging at the end of the tour.
Tower Tours does not assume responsibility for delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather, or other conditions beyond control.
Prices subject to change without notice i.e: Entrances fees, Wine tasting fees, Fuel increases, etc.
Prices listed do not include gratuities for your Tour Guide; Gratuities are greatly appreciated; Standard 15-20% gratuity is recommended within the United States.
Tower Tours is a full service tour coordinator using insured, PUC/TCP licensed vehicles.
